All papers from 2023 5th International Conference on Mechanics, Simulation and Control (ICMSC 2023), both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the PC. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted paper will be published by DRP "Highlights in Science, Engineering and Technology" ISSN: 2791-0210 and submitted to CNKI Scholar, Crossref, Google Scholar, ProQuest, EBSCO, Semantic Scholar, ResearchGate, DOAJ, Scilit and CPCI for indexing.
